You may request the closure of your starph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the starph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the dispute resolution process described above. If you are accessing starph from outside the Philippines, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
starph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, starph will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, starph may also notify registered players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the starph platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
